We have really missed running our courses. We love having people standing around our big oak bench, chopping, chatting and learning together. We have rescheduled our postponed courses from 2020 and this spring for autumn 2021. The dates are now available to book below.

Learning to recognise the best quality ingredients and taking time when making our food choices is not only an important step whilst preparing a delicious meal but also vital in building a healthy and sustainable future food system for everyone.  Each day is curated and taught by Chris himself, so the principles and values of The Old Dairy Kitchen are maintained and expressed in his teaching.

Whether learning to sharpen a knife, preparing fermented cucumber for the darker months or kneading dough for your daily loaf, The Old Dairy Kitchen’s central oak work bench is the perfect meeting place to discuss, enjoy and share the food from the farm.
